Question engine swap

what engines will fit in the bay of a 1993 probe gt? i need anything with an auto tranny....i was looking at the J-Spec KLZE engine from the V6 MX-6's, does anyone have any experience which one of those?

why auto? go manual and save weight and a few tenths on your 1/4 mile times. and the manual will be much more reliable and hold up to more power. but yeah the KL-ZE is a great choice. go over to www.probetalk.com and check out the 2nd gen performance section.

do u know where i would be able to order one with a tranny or not it doesnt matter?

Be sure to read thoughly about the ZE. It's a great upgrade but it can a nightmare to tune it proper.

If you have an ATX and wanna keep it you can, even with the ZE. If you dont wanna keep the ATX then there will be more costs associated with an ATX -> MTX swap. Search around and you'll find out why.

the ZE is a direct swap.. you can keep you atx it will bolt right up...
only things that are slightly differant is the vac lines and the fat the ze has no egr equipment...
